I own both (well, it's the original Alien which I own since the beginning) and I really like to play them. But without a doubt Godzilla is the better one. Alien conveys the movies atmosphere very well and has to be dark, and sound and movie-clips work fantasic. But overall game play is another level with Godzilla.
