We are having launch party for the Premium on 12/10. In addition to the Stern swag, we are giving away the Show-Era Films Blu-ray set. We are undecided on which achievement one must obtain in order to win that prize. GC gets the plaque, group match play winner gets the translite. Any suggestions for the Blu-ray set?

Bridge keeps getting stuck. Anyone else have this happen? I’ve had GZ since September and this is the first time.

If it’s not that, did you add anything into the coil sleeve to limit the motion of the arm to prevent the bridge plastic from cracking? If so, it could be you added something that’s now sticking up in the coil sleeve.
Bridge will go down then get stuck coming back up. Ball will get hung up there until ball search.
I’ll try loosening the screws like you suggested. I haven’t touched the coil sleeve and haven’t added anything.

Right truss of the bridge goes down, doesn’t come up and the ball will get stuck the next time the ball goes through the building and over the bridge.
I was able to move it with my hand. Seems like something is not in place as it should be making the trusses hit each other thus getting stuck.
Worked yesterday of course lol. I’ll have more time to check it out tomorrow

It was actually the nut underneath that was loose. Once tightened all is good.
I am getting credit for loops I haven’t made. I suspect the rollover switch is being triggered when the bridge goes up and down and when the shaker activates. Anyone else have this issue before?
What’s the best way to get to the Building Hit opto? Switch 52. Mine isn’t registering. I can’t seem to get to them from below so I’m afraid it’s going to require disassembling part of the building.

Not that issue. It goes into the building and loops back around immediately without acknowledging it went into the building. Switch #52, Building Hit Opto is the one not registering.

At home i dont have near as much use, but basically no mechanical issues at all after 3000 plays (LOTS of restarts obviously).
It has held up pretty great considering it's a first run and the number of plays. I have had to replace the building entry opto receiver twice and rebuild flippers but nothing crazy until this building weld. Tomorrow is the weekly cleaning day so I'll post some photos of it.

"Buy the full kit and you'll still need to rivet it yourself." That's completely ridiculous.
Would anyone happen to have a spare? This is the plastic above the scoop.
