Godzilla is just more fun to flip, in all honesty, which is saying a lot, since Jurassic Park is one of the best machines of all time in my own biased opinion.
Jurassic Park is very calculated, whereas Godzilla just flows more effortlessly. Jurassic Park is designed to trap up, post pass, think, and make strategic shots. Godzilla is more shoot on the fly, combo-oriented, reactive, and non-stop action.
It’s difficult to compare them, but both machines will scratch different itches.
Their respective themes and tones suit their gameplay design very well. Jurassic Park = serious. Godzilla = silly.
I have Jurassic Park too, and i'm agree with you.
