Quoted from mostater:I ended up doing something similar to this, but with just one 1" hex spacer ---

I have not had a stuck ball since.
Quoted from wtatumjr:I did this using 2 pull ties shaped like an "L". Clipped the ends and glued to the underside. It works and you can't see it from player's position.

Thanks guys. Those are two pretty good options. I think I can live with the spinner ramp positioning as long as the ball does not get stuck.
Does anyone know if the opto sensor switches 41 and 42 are what sets the limit of how far it turns? Or does the motor physically only rotate 90 degrees or so? I haven't even lifted the playfield yet. Ie... can I adjust the opto to make it turn more.
Here is what I did for the ball hang ups behind the mechagodzilla spinner ramp. Based on the above picture of using a post. Thanks
I put a circuit board stand off post that threads into a m3. I had to shorten the spacer height between the two plastics to make the screw reach the pcb stand off.
If this works I will probably find a longer screw so i can go back to the stock spacers between the two plastics marked #59
I emailed myself a screenshot of the stern insider QR code. Printed out on the thermal printer i have for shipping labels. Cut it out and stuck it on an old expired casino slot machine money card. Just leave it sit on the glass for easy scanning.
Quoted from TechnicalSteam:The Problem with printing the QR codes is that the QR reader seems to need a shit ton of light to work. At least the ones I have installed on my machines.
If the lights are off in the room and only my accent lighting on a printed QR will not work. Tattooed QR will probably not have enough contrast.
I had trouble with mine until I got it the right size. Make sure it is smaller than the little white box reader. Mine is printed with a thermal paper. Contrast is pretty good, but not great on it. Scans as good or better than the phone. not sure about a tattoo haha
Quoted from Apinplayer:83 minutes holy crap. Mine started at about 20 and is moving quickly. I'm happy with my speed. When I went to .96 it took barely a half hour.

I think i got the guest network throttled , but it didn't take too long, maybe 30 min tops.
What's your favorite Godzilla movies? Re-watching the ones that I can find. These are mine so far
1954
Vs Mothra
Vs destroyah
Vs mechagodzilla 70s one
Vs biollante
Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah, Giant Monsters all out Attack has been my favorite. When Mothra sacrifices herself to summon King Ghidorah
If you want to watch some Godzilla movies...
PBS has a couple. One advertisement before it starts, then it plays through, worked on a firestick. This one is great, has lots of monsters including baby G
https://www.pbs.org/video/destroy-all-monsters-1968-mbr9ab/
Archive.org has quite a few of the old ones too. I noticed the pin uses a quite a bit of stock footage from Godzilla vs Mothra. Terror of Mechagodzilla has his multiball start video.

Quoted from pghpinfan:Where is the scoop supposed to eject the ball to and what power setting do you have it at? Mine came from factory at full power and ejects hard to left flipper bounces to right flipper and up to the top of left sling. Is that correct? If so I got some practicing to do lol!
I turned my down to like 200 I think it was. Might be cheating, but the scoop kick out is a lot more consistent. Can usually let it bounce of a dead left flipper and then get a nice setup on the right side.
Anyone else not like the flipper buttons on new stern games? They are kind of crunchy if you push in at the edges. I put new red ones from Marco on every other new stern and they feel better no crunchyness. I need to get new yellow ones for Godzilla.
Quoted from beltking:My new avengers premium the service button didn’t work as well. If you push super hard it works. Stern shipped me a new one. Sounds like they still have some bad batch menus left they are pushing off to people. Easy fix but for now take one from your other game until you get a new one.
They should change to using some kind of tactile switch. Much more reliable. I hacked this together after the one in maiden stopped working after a couple years.
Quoted from NickBuffaloPinball:I can post pics later, but just got a NIB Premium and I swear to god, this is the thinest clear coat I've seen on a Stern game since purchasing games in the last 10 years. Seriously, it's tough to even say there's clear on this game. I can feel all the artwork lines/grooves and inserts.
This game just came off the recent run. Am I alone here with this issue?
I have had Godzilla for a month and half. First thing I noticed was the clear was different than games like my IM/JP. Not as reflective and presumably thinner.
It is still low play and early, but I will say so far the playfield is holding up well. I checked out my playfied when I was fixing a ball trap and I don't even have any big crater dimples yet like on earlier Stern's with the glossier clear. Overall it might be a good thing, we'll see. You would think a big thick layer of clear would be best, but maybe its not(pooling, chipping, etc).
Thick clear on maiden I noticed I have a crack under a post near the super jackpot target that gets smashed by the upper flipper.
Destroy All Monsters has Gorosaurus (T-Rex Dino), Manda (Serpent), Baragon, and Varan which I don't think we see in the game. Kong was in an early movie. Would be nice to see him, but I doubt we will. I think those where all Toho monsters that may have had movies outside of the Godzilla franchise.
I kind of wish Hedorah was in a main battle. I love that movie (the sludge kitten and baby haha).
I am not sure if its a bug or something with my game, but it has gone into ball search while I am cradling a single ball on the left side looking at the instant info stuff. Does not do it all the time.
Quoted from bloodonthepins:I'm working next to my Godzilla pin as it downloads the new code, nervously looking over my shoulder in fearful anticipation of that insanely loud squeal the machine does when it's done installing the code...
Mine just did the reboot pop twice, I can hear it from the other room. Its on the installing code screen now. I think it rebooted when the auto downloaded finished. Nice we don't have to fool around with flash drives anymore.
Quoted from ticktockman:Got my GZ in July with nagging little inconsistencies. Shooter rod wouldn’t reach the ball (had to stuff the tip with paper), scoop wouldn’t always register, mismatced textures on the lockdown bar and side rails, and the WORST OF ALL (that I have still not been able to troubleshoot): the backbox will not raise fully to engage the bolts. Sags slightly forward and makes the lineup at home look off. Still can’t figure it out.
My shooter rod is the same. I actually just slid the shooter rubber up a quarter inch and surprisingly it has not slid back down on the shaft yet. If it does I might pack it with a washer or nut same size as the shooter rod.
That or get your rod stretcher out.
