Just got mine. A-OK

I have mine and it is really nice. Great job in all aspects including install instructions, packing, and shipping...you know, the little things that not everyone does right. Definitely worth the wait. Now, if I only had my GZ Premium..due in the July run....

Last week after a 6 month wait I got my Flaming Lights kit from Doug. Part of the delay was my fault in changing my order a bit and part was Doug misreading my order and holding it for a back ordered part which I did not order. When I contacted him about the delay he quickly realized the problem and immediately shipped my order with apologies for his mistake. He was very cordial in his email and not the 'soup Nazi' as one Pinsider claims. He can be a bit cantankerous (just his personality I suppose but nothing I perceived as personal towards me) but he makes a great product which I have on all 5 of my Sterns. The Flaming Lights kit is every bit as great as I had hoped it would be and as others have said, it is worth worth the wait. I don't know a thing about Myth and so I make no claims about which kit is better but I am 100% happy with what I got from Doug. BTW, I also just got my GZ Premium last week also after a 6 month wait. I love it. Funny though that I haven't seen as much vitriol about Stern's delays as I have seen about Doug's. I wonder why that is. Anyway, FWIW.

I have them all plus the light up signs and I think they make a huge improvement over the standard 'flat plastic' buildings and yes, they light up. On of the best mods for the money that you can put on your machine. Don't hesitate, you will really enjoy them.

I avoided buying one because of its' theme; what a mistake! I have 11 games, all newer releases of JJP's and Sterns and GZ is by far our favorite. After AIQ I swore I would never buy another Elwin game as it seemed to be catered mostly to the 'competitive crowd'. But, GZ is much more balanced, easier to follow rules, and thus much more enjoyable. I think you will be very pleased with it if you buy one.

Glad I bought the Tilt Topper version for my machine. A hell of a lot more interesting for fewer dollars. But, to each his own...

I have used Titans a lot and I am beginning to think that Super Bands may be the better choice for slings. I have had to replace the titans more frequently than should be necessary. They wear out and break very quickly.

Just added Lior's (Art of Pinball) action button surround to my game. I think he does amazing work with great style and detail.

They were missing on my Bond LE too. Yep, playfield will not stay centered. Stern is sending me a repair kit for the problem.

I just installed the Drake Building Mod on my GZ Premium and I am very pleased with it. Tom's instructions were excellent. The light show that Tom added to the building really sets it off. There were some added effects that I was not expecting. Suffice to say, I am sure that everyone who gets one will be pleased.

The TILTTOPPER GZ version has not shipped yet. Spoke to them a couple of weeks ago and was told that they are making a few changes to the mounting system and they will be shipping very soon. As soon as I get mine (in first batch), I will post.
