For anyone with drains down the middle from the rooftop when the building collapses - remove the clear plastic guard and plastic combo that the balls land on. Place a small 3/8 or 7/16 post rubber or stack of washers on the right post that plastic mounts to (the one holding the wireform ramp). Then screw down the plastic pieces again being sure to not overtighten. This gives that clear plastic a bit of right to left lean and sends the balls to the left flipper.

I've checked and checked and checked and mine was dead level side to side and all balls flowed right between the flippers. Now they go to the left flipper as intended and you have no unsightly patch on top of the plastic

Will try to grab one today and add it to my posting above.

Anyone know why when I battle and defeat Ebirah it always shows him as 3/4 on the screen when i go into another battle? Trying to figure the rules out

#2301 2 years ago
Quoted from Pinball-NJA:

I think you need to hit the pop bumper to complete

Yeah correct, to defeat you need 15,40,15 spins on spinners left to right plus a shot to the pop bumper after. Still says 3/4 when you do all 4 things and get the defeat bonus. Not sure what's up with that.

Is there a way to rotate the mechagodzilla ramp clockwise just a bit? In glancing at the mech it wasn't immediately obvious if it could be.
This would do two things I believe if it is possible:
1. would aim the ramp more at godzilla's belly
2. close the gap between the ramp and plastic so the ball doesn't get stuck there

Download keeps pausing for me and I have to restart it to continue through connected on the machine. Pain in the butt as I can’t just leave it on and forget about it

71 consecutive loops!? That’s insane. I can’t imagine my loop shot not rattling once out of 71 shots. My loop is not the smoothest by any means.

iepinball had a great stream last night of Godzilla on his ie pinball channel on twitch. His first game was over 1.5 billion and he made it look effortless. His main points came from a 2x multiplier on one of the tier 2 battles (can't recall which). I believe he cashed out with 750 million just from the battle.

Had my Godzilla mech quit spinning last night. Motor runs to spin it but no action. Hoping it’s just the hex screw came loose on the motor shaft. The unit does appears to have two gears though so hopefully it’s not a stripped gear. Will report back once i take the motor assembly off this evening.

If any of you have trouble with the mechagodzilla spinning mech not moving but the motor to spin it runs DeathHimself had some great advice. For me it was just the shaft binding causing it to not move.

Mech is super easy to remove from the playfield. 5 screws plus 3 plugs underneath and it’s free.

From there remove the E-nut at the bottom of the shaft as well as the E-nut holding the plastic arm on the end opposite the spinner shaft.

The spinner mech shaft is then free and will pull out of the assembly. If it does not freely come out you may need to do as I did and put it back in the playfield then use a hammer and pin to push it up and out.

Once the spinner is out of the base of the mech use something like nevr-dull or similar to polish the shaft. Also, I took a rat tail file to the copper rings the shaft goes into as well to remove burs which are making the shaft bind and seize up.

Put it back together and enjoy.

A premium in stock! whaaaaa

WTF - my connected download starts, runs for a minute then stops and goes back to 'up to date - version .081'. I then back out of the network menu, then go back in and to software update, it starts downloading .85 again then stops after a minute and says 'up to date' and round and round i go. Can't help but feel something is wrong

Anyone else seeing this? Wi-Fi signal is strong.

#4857 2 years ago

Also, anyone know how to tell what you actually have the darn settings set to when you click on software update? I can't tell if I'm set to auto-download and auto-install. A bit confusing that menu is.

Looks like updates mainly aimed at the upcoming pinclash where speed is key and the ability to skip certain scenes is wanted. First mention of topper in the code notes though. Has me excited that it is near!

#18827 1 year ago

I use the scientific method of blowing hot air on both my hands to give them a little grip then placing them flat on the glass and applying pressure to slide it out. I've never had glass so tight this didn't work - and between zeppelin and the latest build of star wars I had - I've had some tight glass

I opened the thread to see if anyone else’s topper was dark after the update. Looks like we all are. I haven’t played a game yet to see if it does anything but in attract its fully off now.
