Has anyone played both a pro and LE?

Can anybody comment on the difference in gameplay between pro and LE.
Specifically I really enjoy the mechagodzilla inner orbit on the pro, wondering how the LE turnstile jump ramp stacks up.
Initially it seemed like the premium was a no-brainer, but the flow of the pro really suprized me.
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:what do you guys think of the rules currently? don't you find the multi ball too easy to start and the modes often being ignored? just 'shoot' the building a lot sort of thing? I am hoping the code changes this a bit... thoughts?
I get it is Godzilla and it's thing is to destroy things, lol, but I feel like IJ williams can be multi ball heavy too if played this well and can easily rack points up without doing any modes whatsoever...
Rules have a ways to go, it is initially a little multi ball heavy i agree.
-But you can see the skeleton of what's to come... Cities will be like the JP paddocks.
code is still way early at .80
On of my favorite shots on the pro is the Mechagodzilla spinner. What does the premie LE feel like in this regard with the jump shot replacing it?
Has me thinking bad thoughts about buying a measly pro. Pro cab and translite is better too. (edit: better than the premie)
Anybody have trouble with the ball floating off the guide rail making more than 2 loops impossible? I just set mine up today and am still tweaking.
Quoted from Rarehero:Question - I can get about 4 or 5 loops on the upper flipper, but then it usually goes too fast & ricochets a bit on the way around, skipping past the upper flipper and ruining my combo. This happening to anyone else? I’m guessing it’s common, but maybe I need to look at my ball guide or dial down the upper flipper strength or something.
I can only make 2 loops... my orbit is super sloppy and the ball comes off the rail completely missing the 3rd flipper. My game is leveled left to right and sitting at 6.9 slope. Ive tried bumping slope up and down, no help. It's a bummer because other machines ive played are waaayyyyy better.
Im guessing the guide rails in the orbit need to be tweaked but not sure where to start.
Quoted from chickenscratch:Preparing to hopefully receive the LE this Fri, and thinking about insider connect and children. How does it work if I sign in, play a game, and then my 9 year old without a phone wants to play; do I log out each time and then have him play without signing in?
screen shot the kiddo's qr code and print it out.
Quoted from Pdxmonkey:Is it just me and Rarehero with the upper flipper loop issue on LEs? Can anyone get a bunch of continuous loops or does the ball leave the path?
mine’s horrible too!
Quoted from EaglePin:I just hit 11 consecutive in a game. With the entrance to the loop being so wide I think shots are going to enter the loop with a variety of speeds and trajectories, so some will hug the rail, some will come away from it a little, and a few may come away from it a lot. It just depends on the speed and trajectory of each shot.
So to me it doesn’t seem like repeating the loop is a “gimme” in the design. Seems like if you’re sometimes able to get it to hug the rail and sometimes not then it’s probably playing as designed. If it’s just never hugging the rail then there could be an alignment issue somewhere.
On mine I can often get 2 or 3 loops in a row. For me hitting more than three is difficult. I’ll occasionally get 4 and rarely 5. For me it takes a pretty clean 1st shot and then really consistent following shots to do more than three either because I eventually miss the loop or I hit one in a way that enters the loop differently and throws off the rhythm, timing, and trajectory.
On the one just now when I hit 11 consecutive I hit a good clean 1st shot that hugged the rail and I hit every shot following it on the exact same spot on the flipper at the exact same time so the ball kept a constant velocity and stayed on the rail for each shot. And I probably won’t be able to do it again like that for another three years, if ever.[quoted image]
No this isn't that. The other machines i've played the loops get faster and faster with each successive loop.
What we are talking about here is loops getting sloppier after 1 or 2 passes at best to the point the bounce off the rail and over the flipper. Your talking about 11 loops and we're over here with 3 (if web get lucky). You're not that much better than us
Quoted from Vernisious:Other negatives are the upper orbit not feeding the upper flipper. Many people have mentioned not being able to hit the ball with the upper left flipper after an upper loop shot. I think this is just the design they had to go with. It's smooth enough but not Maiden smooth. Lol I even got banned from twitch chat in the pro reveal for stating the loop was clanky. Well, it is. Doesn't bother me much. I'll take the loops I can get and move on but it isn't smooth.
Code is young but the Megalon shots don't light after hitting one. It takes a bit to see the next shot and it seems to be random. Not a biggie, I'm sure it'll get better or I'll get better.
The magnet doesn't grab half of the shots to the building. Probably will be fixed at some point through code.
It’s not the design. I’ve played 2 pros and an Le where the upper loops are buttery smooth. Unfortunately my Le is a rattle trap.
Quoted from gumnut01:kenwood s1366. You need to change your settings to 4 ohm as the smaller speakers that come in the pro and premium are 8 ohm.
Oh my, is the the general consensus here? Oversight on my part.
