- Bridge Attack - adding new display effect of Godzilla attacking the Bridge

Would I be accurate in saying that the code is not as deep as Avengers or JP, but deeper than IMDN? That's how it felt to me but I never watched a tutorial or read anything about it (I wanted to be surprised).
I prefer deep rulesets. I love Avengers for that reason. I'm finding Godzilla to be a very simplified Elwin game so it's kind of disappointing in that regard but maybe I'm wrong? What do you guys and gals think?

I think it's too early in code to make a good judgement about the rules and depth. But, even at this stage I think it's looking like the finished product will be plenty deep and a ton of fun.

There’s a setting to have it auto download and another to have it auto install. Working for me. Going to take a while.

Absolutely loving the Insider Connected functionality! Updates are so user-friendly now and fast with the WiFi platform.

During their panel at Expo, Keith and team referenced future updates as providing awesome new cutscenes, and highlighted one for the bridge attack that he stated they all watched repeatedly. This pin is so unbelievably amazing already, I am beyond excited for the inclusion of new media to enhance the experience!

Not sure if Stern will do this, but sometimes when a new firmware or software update is released on other devices like a phone, they won't let everyone download it at once. They will release it in waves so they won't overload the servers. It could also be that so many people are downloading it that the Stern network isn't responding to the request.

You guys leave your games plugged in? I'm afraid to, we had lightning strikes here years ago and it went thru my surge protector and ruined my TV. Granted , was 15 years ago, but lost several other appliances in house as well. I use surge protectors on every game, but still unplug after playing. Prob being too cautious, but so easy to unplug.

doesn't matter what people say is possible or not. If it gives you peace of mind, then it's worth taking the few seconds to do it.

Lol you're calling GODZILLA a strange theme for pinball as a Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory owner?! Classic movie and nothing against that game, but giant monsters fighting and destroying things makes a lot more sense for pinball then that.

Would you mind grabbing the make/model number off of your wifi module with antennas? I was thinking that if your model with the antennas has a greater signal, then we may be able to swap the small one with no antennas out for the better one. If the code is the same worldwide then the drivers should already be in the code, right? Am I missing something?

I came here to ask questions about the rules to destroying cities and how monster battles carry over to other cities but now I see an update so I guess I'll just update, play a bunch and come back with new questions. Where oh where is my crazy destruction multipliers jackpots going? (They might get bigger now) This game is gold!

I don’t think I’m exaggerating or being premature when I’m saying this will be the new #1 rated pin long term. I’m honestly not sure how you can have more fun playing pinball that doesn’t involves NSFW comments. I just crushed a Mecha multiball on the new code (never got it on the old code my pin just came in) and it is a blast. I absolutely love this pin. I can’t let anyone play it first when they come over or everything else will get neglected. I’m nailing it to the floor.

Yeah you have to register to advance to the inside connected setup I believe. It’s all done from the pin.

I actually thought the new code would lower the Destruction Jackpot value based on these items. Most of my big points came after Godzilla Multiball. Maybe I'm wrong?

For what it's worth... I have premiums of Star Wars and BKSoR. The default is 8 ohm, and I set it back to 4 ohm after reading some of the details, and I actually think it sounds much better at 4 ohm than 8. It certainly isn't as loud but I was getting a lot of clipping and cutouts in the audio, especially speech, which have now gone back to sounding normal. 8 ohm definitely seems geared to the premium speakers.

Download keeps pausing for me and I have to restart it to continue through connected on the machine. Pain in the butt as I can’t just leave it on and forget about it

Crazy stores with new code. Also love the saucer multiball. Music is better.

Maybe an error but I locked three balls in tower and played. Then later locked one ball and it said I have three and did another multiball.

Just found out that I got bumped out of first run to March "unless they get more parts in" to quote the distro. Bummed but at this point I already expected it and made peace with it. Picked up a sweet NGG over the weekend so that will help fill the gap.

How does the saucer work…I can’t figure out what triggers it. I know it has something to do with the bumper.

I managed to get my premium in the most recent run, so I should see delivery sometime soon (assuming Nitro finds a way to get my game to me, what with all the landslides destroying major shipping routes from Vancouver to the rest of Canada). Can't wait!

It's my first NIB pinball, ordered the day the first trailer landed because a) theme and b) Elwin. My Pro arrived a few weeks ago together with an AIQ pro. It has taken me a while to fully appreciate AIQ's genius but Godzilla was an obvious masterpiece from the first game and I can't stop playing it. Personal best is around 700M and I have a long way to go.

My only issue has been with the speakers. I don't feel that I turned it up *too* high but they're probably a little ripped up already. I don't mod much anymore since becoming an operator but I think the speaker kit I ordered with the 10" sub is going to fit this game nicely. I'm probably going to need a shaker too.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. It’s a fun shot if that’s the purpose otherwise if it’s a needed shot then not a great design. Everything else is amazing so hoping that shot is never relevant unless it’s huge risk/reward

I think you are missing a part here. I am pretty sure there should be no hole for the ball to get stuck.

In normal game mode it lights Advance Train (square purple insert in front of the left ramp). Get enough trains and it starts train loops.

During GZ multiball hitting that lane instead of going through the front of the building gives you 2x Super Jackpot instead of regular SJ.
