Quoted from flipordie:

Just finished the paint job on mine.
Any ideas on how your mount it ? I might have to cut the tail off on him to get it to fit. [quoted image][quoted image]

Came out awesome!

Before you go cutting the tail off, take a heat gun to it and try to soften it up, then bend it up, and then down and try to get it to fit in that way. That should work for you, or at least it's worth a shot.

If you don't have a heat gun, try a hair dryer. It may take longer, but it should still work.

Quoted from BC_Gambit:

I have made this spinning Jet Jaguar mod for Godzilla; thread here:
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/spinning-jet-jaguar-mod-for-stern-godzilla-pinball#post-7542825
Video here:
At the very least I hope the idea of a jet jaguar spinning to the point it seems like he will take off brings a smile to your face

That's awesome! Lol

I'd like to thank everyone for their help, input and ideas. I appreciate you all family. TY.

I got it to work. I took everything apart and installed it the opposite way, and now it closes perfectly, speaker and all.

So I have to give these adapters super high praise. They're awesome becsuse you can add the much bigger and far more powerful 5.25 inch speakers vs the much smaller 4" ones. All while being able to use your existing speaker plates. So I highly recommend these and they were only $25 bucks to boot!

I'm going to find John's store where I bought them from and link that in in an edit. But these are DEFINITELY the way to go if you want to upgrade the speakers.

Edit: Here's the link to the bracket adapters.⬇️

I also bought his Toho magnetic cover and Godzilla decal to cover up the ugly QR code and seizure warning labels. Check those out to on his site. Both are in the attached photo off his site.

Quoted from KING-HENRY:

I haven’t heard from Mezel Mods yet, but wondering if this is the normal installation of this alien console? Got it yesterday and you can see that it’s angled so that it sticks out on the bottom..is this the way?
[quoted image][quoted image]

That is not the way its supposed to be. I don't have that mod, but it was on a game I was going to buy, but sold just before I made my offer.

Here are pics of it installed the right way.

Hope that helps.

Edit: Great find by the guys above.

I was searching the archives for the old "For Sale" ad of the machine I wanted when they posted their findings.

Quoted from Apinjunkie:

In all seriousness I do have some vinyl sculpts I want to use for the topper. Just need to find the time to get to it. Have been sidetracked with many other mods lately.
[quoted image]

Wow! That looks awesome!

Quoted from Apinjunkie:

Yes, I did repaint him.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

Where'd you get that version of Zilla? I thought you sculpted it. Lol

Can you post a link?

Thanks.

Quoted from Sparky:

I've sold more of these than any other title.

I have Sparky's topper. Not only does it look awesome, it's all heavy duty quality metal and the price can't be beat. An absolute no brainer topper IMHO.

Quoted from brzezicki:

Ive just put up a preorder for may for my new "deLuxE" armor for Godzilla (as well as #Foo Fighters and #Rush)
https://pinside.com/pinball/market/shops/1463-arcade-cabinetscom/08505-pinbawlers-deluxe-armor-pre-order
these will not be made on demand as the process is completely different and to make them reasonable cost I'm going to order the material at one time (every so often) and just pump them out. I probably will have extras after each run but they will be priced higher than the pre-order price if any exist.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

These look so awesome. I can't wait to get mine.

Soon as I get them, I'll install em, and post up some pics.

Incredible job coming up with these B. Not to mention the incredible price point. They're a quarter the cost of the out of stock (discontinued?) Stern rails. A definite no brainer at this price.

Posted this to the Zilla thread, but had to post it to the "Mod" thread.

Wow! I just received my magnetic hinge plate covers and my Monster Zero/Ghidorah side button protectors from "PinBawlerz/Arcade-Cabinets", and I can not believe how awesome these both look.

The hinge covers are vibrant, beautiful and perfectly cut. They add so much pop to an otherwise dead hinge areas

The protectors are in a word... INCREDIBLE!

I absolutely love them and IMHO, these are a "Must Have" mod for any Zilla version.

All total, it took me just over 18 minutes to install everything. The hinge covers took literally 30 seconds and the protectors took the rest of the time.

Idk where this material came from, but it's an almost spot on, perfect match to the Stern side rail metal. They look so much like they came stock from the factory. Most of all, these were almost a quarter of the price of the Stern Monster Zero side armor rails. Not only are those almost $350 with shipping and tax, but they're a total pain to install. These protectors took only 18 minutes!

I couldn't be happier with these and I highly recommend them.

Awesome job B!

Quoted from Apinjunkie:

No, the one pictured in game is a heavily modified version of dpannell animated Godzilla. The only version he was able to find that worked for his vision of movement was a millennia era of Godzilla. The piece is impressive, I love the movement and the light show but the extra long dorsal spikes and the muted gray and purple color scheme just didn't work for me. I cleaned up the sculpt and did a full repaint and was very pleased with the results.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

I also have the @dparnell Godzilla mod. It's yet another awesome must have mod for me. It's so cool how it moves up and down with its legs and the head moves side to side, blasting everything in its path with the LED heat ray in its mouth. Love it and couldn't recommend it higher.

Only thing I did to mine was paint its purple splines blue and whitened its tips.
