I'd think it would be cool to have "SUBWAY" ABOVE YOUR WHITE LINES THEN THE "LOCATIONS/EVENTS" BELOW LIKE YOU CURREBTLY HAVE IT... BUT JUST TO HAVE SUBWAY ON THE SIGN WOULD LOOK MORE AUTHENTIC NO?

Looks nice, but the area to the left of the direction arrows is a little sparse. It might be nice to add Japanese above the English for each entry to make them more like actual signs you'd see on the road and on JR/Subway. Would make it totally on-theme.

Agreed. Subway in Japanese with small English letters below would be cool as well. Subway in Japanese is chikatetsu... I posted the Kanji for it early on in this thread.

Given it's for the English audience here, I'd be fine with small Japanese and bigger English. But having both would make it a more authentic sign that you would seen in Japan.

The sign will be awesome no matter what way Tim and Team get it done! Aways love splitting my purchases throughout the community!

Fair point. For me, I'd prefer the Japanese for authenticity and because I lived there for a few years.

Where is the ufo pop bumper cover? Is anyone gonna make on that looks like in the game? I seen the shooter rod.

I had taken a shot break on that one to work on the zilla's...mostly b/c I ordered some parts to modify the LED light through output. My current replica didnt do enough to display the LED alert that matches the lightning symbols next to it. Once I get the domes and a couple of other things will do a few more test mounts...but heres the current draft model (which the top part will be changed drastically)

This is what I have so far. Still tweaking it. I actually have the ufo tilted the opposite direction now, but forgot to take a picture. I obviously borrowed the idea, but wanted to see if I could learn to make something in Fusion and I had some ideas for improvements. I want to get to the point that I can cast the base in resin so it is clear and not obviously 3D printed.

That looks great! Would even look better with a translucent blue pop bumper body and skirt to match your UFO beam.

It’s just the regular light that is in the pop bumper, it is already RGB. Not sure on selling them yet. Still some work and figuring to do.

For the SDTM issue that many of us have, I've been testing this mod for Pinsider, CFES, https://pinside.com/pinball/community/pinsiders/cfes

Look for the blue plastic piece on top of the clear plastic landing. I will be suggesting a very minor tweak to it but its working great in my game as you will see. He did an excellent job for a first attempt. I'm glad to answer questions if I can but I'm just a tester so contact him if you have interest.

Can anyone make a transparent card to cover up the qr reader? Maybe with an image of gz on it, I read that there was supposed to be a card in goodie bag to cover , but not in my bag. I did email stern but no reply yet.

It always takes me a lot longer than I expect, but it's always worth it.

So I looked this up and did not realize that iku and yuku were the same depending on western or eastern Japan pronunciation. Which means ike and yuke are the same but yuku and yuke are mostly used when singing which means in an alternate reality where BOC is Japanese that is technically correct. You learn something new every day.

It also means to conquer so maybe that is what was intended here? Hard to say for sure since they did it in hiragana instead of kanji.

I would rather have a version that says “ike ike, gojira” as it seems more appropriate. But I only took two years of Japanese in college so fluent speakers can tell me which fits better.

Here are some of the mods I installed on my Pro so far.

Diddy’s bridge mod, Mezel mods building and signs, Lermods Tesla coils.
Also replaced the Godzilla, Mothra, and Mechagodzilla (still in progress) with figures. I also installed interactive scoop lighting that I tied to the appropriate mode light.

Having a blast with this game. Just updated the code and liking it so far.

They will be the ones called "Flamin' Frames" (Type 14). They have been pushed back a bit, but I should have them listed on my website by early - mid December.

Nicely done! What figure did you use for Mechagodzilla? I had been thinking about getting the Bandai 2004 one and cutting him in half, but not sure if there's a better option out there.

Thanks! The Mechagodzilla figure is from Bandai produced in 2009. Part of the classic series, wave 5. You can find then on eBay. I cut it in half.

I personally love the look the Avengers IQ shooter rod gives this game. Does anyone make something like the Stern Avenger’s shooter rod? I’d love one, just don’t want to pay the BS Stern price for it…would rather a modder get my money.

Loving the building treatment on the Pro (Mezel?) - hoping that someone comes up with a decal set to suit Prem/LE as an alternate to stock...

Thank you. For the atomic breath I used a plastic drink straw. I cut slits in the end to that I could flange it out at the end that was against the bridge. I then built up layers of hot glue on the straw to give it texture and depth. I added some polyester at the end for the vapor/smoke affect where the beam was hitting the bridge. Then I air brushed the beam with transparent blue and then hand painted some highlights on the it. I put a 3mm blue led at the end that goes in Godzilla's mouth.
