Has anyone put the TIBETAN BREEZE fans on their flippers? If so, can you hear them?
Thanks,

Yes, have them in a few machines, and you can't really hear them unless you really try and the game isn't being played.
Who left the mods out? I constructed a few of these Godzilla DMCS mods yesterday, and seems they decided to battle it out. You can see some of the effects, modes, and options, although you want to see them in a machine too to see how they interact with game play.
Quoted from Skatewake:Has anyone put the TIBETAN BREEZE fans on their flippers? If so, can you hear them?
Thanks,
They are very quiet and work well. Pinmonk offers a great plug and play product and I recommend it, but if you like to have a DIY approach on flipper coil fans, I have a thread on the subject.

Quoted from Xdetroit:Anyone know where to get these figures with th illuminated heat ray?
[quoted image]
The Godzilla with heat ray does look cool lit up. I would echo the curiosity on where that came from.
Quoted from Desmodromic:RGB Flipper Buttons - Which ones are you all using and why? My inclination is to do something with RGB control so I can play around with colors. The Cointaker setup looks good. I know Comet makes sort of an add-on set but maybe without as much flexibility?
Any suggestions?
I prefer the ones with a ring of lights around the button. As opposed to one light shining on a clear Button. The ring of lights has brightness and solid to flashing at different speeds as an option.

Yeah the ring of lights setup with the options for flashing and brightness is the Cointaker setup.
Quoted from Lateralus:Not going to lie, but in my opinion, that looks dope. I look forward to seeing the finished product.
Maybe a mechagodzilla figure is next?
Thanks! Maybe something else but with lighting is in the works. Interactive too
Quoted from demandecan55:Strummy this is great. I'm sure you have thought of it, and it's difficult but it would be AMAZING if you could get a light up version where the eyes glow yellow/red!! It would be a must buy for anyone compared to that "egg"
Thank you! Not sure if it will light but it will still be sick

I have the BriteButton ones sold on PBL on my JP and I have the Cointaker ones in my GZ.
The actual buttons/lights are basically identical. The only difference is the Cointaker ones come with a controller to change colors.
So basically the BriteButton ones are like a "subset" of the Cointaker ones.
I'd recommend the Cointaker ones just because they look identical to the other ones (pretty sure like the actual buttons and LEDs are from the same source) and you can change the colors. I wasn't sure what direction I wanted to go color wise with GZ so I went with the CT ones and glad I did instead of being stuck with just one color and wondering how another color may look.

Color changing Too ? I would be interested in those.

Have you noticed an improvement with them?

This is the one I am referring to.

Just to be clear, I don't think there is a setting where they are constantly changing colors. But you can adjust the colors and pick one from the predefined colors you can cycle through and pick whatever you like.

Thats good to know,I have been choosing 1 color. Thanks for the link too.

Yes, that's exactly the set I've been eyeballing. Thanks for the first-hand feedback, will go this way for sure. I really like the idea of being able to change up the color at will.
Quoted from Jamesays:Thats good to know,I have been choosing 1 color. Thanks for the link too.
Yeah I got the amber colored ones for my JP from the BriteButton brand, since that color just goes perfectly with the amber shooter rod.
But for GZ I couldn't decide if I wanted a blue color or a pinkish color or even red. So this allowed me to try em all out and see what I'd like the most.
I ended up going with blue to be more like the blue fire breath he has, and then ended up going with other blue light mods like the 3D start button as well as the speaker light kit.
Quoted from BallyKISS1978:Have you noticed an improvement with them?
I installed them on GZ before I even played it much so it's hard to say. I have them in AIQ and it seems to make a difference there for me.
Quoted from Strummy:Xilien prototypes and renders. Production begins soon!

They look awesome Steve!
Does anyone have a link or a source for replacement cards to put in the apron? I’m mainly looking for something I can use to replace the stock Insider connect card with. I would prefer to just print my own…
I have a pro if that matters.
I already replaced the insider sticker on the back glass with the minty fresh one from the goody bag. Looks so much better.

Thanks Davey!
Quoted from arcadem:If you are creating an interest list Steve, please add me to it.
Probably no list but it will be announced with different variations such as non painted, patina, and full paint at different price points.

I’ve been working on a topper design with one but i think I’ll have to create my own. Here’s are some mock-ups

How big (height and width) is that King Ghidorah figure?
Approximately 5 inch for the height and 6 inch wide.
Quoted from jonnyqtrek:I do like the idea of putting the Super 7 figure on the backboard.
I ended up going on the slings with mine, and rigged up LEDs under the wings triggered by the Mothra insert.
[quoted image]
Mine does not go on the backboard. it hovers in front of it and the figure is modified so the head is the right direction.

Have you got pictures of this installed?
Quoted from Strummy:1st Mechagodzilla prototype shooter rod is in! This will be chromed pewter and more detailed for the final product.
Don't take this as criticism, but I think I would like this better if the shooter rod went into the back of Mecha's head, rather than in from the bottom / into his throat.
Quoted from arrbee:Have you got pictures of this installed?
Sure, pretty easy. email me on pinside please.

Not takin as criticism. I kinda like that idea

I like that idea too! Would be a great show off piece!

Just gonna leave this here. Great fit, I put in my machine. Egg is hollow; can open up the bottom with a Dremel and use as a flasher color. $20.

I saw this animated Grogu project for Mandalorian here https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/grogu-modding-thread/ and started wondering about controlling a toy similarly in Godzilla.
Anyone know of an animatronic Godzilla toy? I did some searching and didn't find anything that looked promising.

I don’t think anything will top Jazzbouche Atomic Godzilla for the look alone it’s a winner, add in the interactive spines and atomic breath, it’s perfect. We just need him to make a King Gadorah.

I do like lighting effects, so I made a Godzilla with animated spikes and streaming heatray effects, but I consider mechanical toys in a different category. I wish there was something equivalent to the Grogu that could be modified, but there doesn't seem to be.
Quoted from Lermods:That came out really nice. I look forward to seeing your paint job.
So just got Strummy’s shooter housing decal!
