It's horrible. Promise updates and do not deliver. I'm still hoping it's coming today. If not, it flat out sucks for us as customers.

It's getting old quick. If home owners do not matter, then none of these businesses that sell mods should exists. Fact is the home market is dominant.

They leave us hanging. They could have posted "we were hoping to have these finished by Christmas and we are close on the code updates for xxxxxxxx"
Much better than stay tuned....
