Hey guys, I picked up a Stern Dracula from a friend of mine, sound wasn't working. Fix the speaker wires and the potentiometer wires, I got the sound to work but it keeps locking up the MPU while playing a game or two. I did check all the voltages at the test points in all is correct.I don't see a after market for one. So what should I do next.

I'd read through the Pinwiki page: https://www.pinwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Bally/Stern#MPU_boot_issues
The whole page may give you some clues on where to go next, I'd start with the booting issues section.
