    wierd looking display issues. not a voltage or other issue. swapped displays with another game, and problem moved with the display. looks like a bad plasma, but want to know if it could be the controller board. could it be the small ribbon from the board to the plasma? it was glued bad, i didnt want to break it trying to reseat it. here is a video

    I'd scrape the glue off each end and try reseating the connectors a couple times. Then you'd know fixed, bad ribbon cable, bad display.
