100k scoring reel intermittently doesn't move off zero. Sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. Trying to understand what/where are the controls that tell it to spin when getting beyond 99900. There are switch stacks for all other reels, but not 100k reel.

Your problem is with the 10k reel. Check the switch that opens (or closes) when the 10k reel moves from 9 to 0.
