How far did Stern's factory move miles wise?

Quoted from DennisDodel:

I've heard that Stern is heading into the casino gaming market, and the real reason that they moved to a larger factory.

I hope this is not the case. I know (well watched a documentary that stated) Vegas is planning on trying to get the younger generation in the Casino's with more "skill base" gambling machines as their customer base is getting older and declining out of their current market.

Quoted from seenev:

When I was in college I saw a trailer for a movie called Sky Captain and the world of tomorrow. I thought it looked really cool and I eagerly looked forward to it. Then they pushed the release date back and I forgot about it, and when it finally came out, I didn't care anymore and I never saw it. The whole gb pinball situation keeps reminding me of that. I was so excited when I first heard about this game, then I got tired of waiting and nervous about all the issues. Then I cancelled my order and decided to wait on the sidelines. And now I just find myself caring less and less. I still want a pin, but I'm way more interested in other, older games. If Stern had been able to ship around the time of announcement, I would have a gb right now, and I'd probably enjoy it, but the hype train has left the station.

I am sure Stern's leak didn't help with their timeline. To me it seems they probably should have just waited till they got some kinks worked out instead of rushing the announcement and trying to rush the production of the machines. This is just my outside perspective though so maybe that is not what happened.

Nice! Interestingly enough the email mentions the Pabst game, but it is not mentioned in the production schedule. Yet Pabst say on their website the game will be available within 6-10 weeks...

I don't think Gary Stern mentioned it since distributors can't sale the Pabst game. It is solely purchased though the Pabst website.

Quoted from unigroove:

But Stern will have to build it. I doubt they have a few dozen of them already available. In Gary's planning there is no slot mentioned to build these games. By now, under the normal 3 games per year schedule, Borg's next game should also be announced or available. There's no mention, or room, for a new title in that whole schedule either.
In the previous scheduled I recall there was no mention of TWD being made. Yet we got to see a live video from Stern where they were making TWD. So I doubt the accuracy of the schedule as either it is incomplete or very flexible.

Very true..it also said this:

"I want to let you know that today Pabst is posting Can Crusher on their website and will sell a small quantity for delivery later this year in the contiguous United States only."

Maybe later in the year could mean they will be produced in November or December and are not on the schedule before then...I am just speculating.

The Pabst website mentions a 6-10 week delivery period. November and December is way beyond that.
