I would expect any delays have more to do with getting in supply for parts specific to any particular job. Stern doesn't start a batch on the line until they've got whatever is needed for that batch checked in to inventory. So things not getting done on schedule is either a supplier issue or a manpower issue -- and the supply seems much more likely.
