Quoted from JoeDP:Project Updated!
More LE books added!
Apparently adding LE's after the first batch is gone is becoming a thing in the pinball business.

Quoted from dgoett:Sorry - I'm out.
I was the FIRST one to pledge on the LE book. Initially it was 30. Then they upped it to 50. Now they just upped it to 70.
Screw you. What's limited about that?
It appears in total there are 200 LE books available (three LE tiers, 70+80+50).
Hm.
Checking their Facebook, Twitter and website there is no sign of life (aside from Joe's last post here half a year ago) from them since end of 2016. Their latest project still appears to be the Stern book.
Let's hope the ball is really in Stern's court and Paperflock can eventually deliver what they promised.
Quoted from cooked71:Books are hard.
Pinball is hard.
Books on pinball are seemingly impossible.
They might have pushed the release date to 2019 for Stern Pinball's 20th anniversary.
Quoted from hool10:It's like he became disinterested in pinball and it was like a small "phase" he went through.
Well, what do you write on Kickstarter when you want money from your target audience?
Just pretend to be one of them! Which is exactly what he did:
"Subject I deeply care about" (Awesome, so do we!)", I own a pinball machine" (failed to mention which one), "I play it every day" (of course you do), "many of my trips are to places that have pinball museums or an active pinball culture." (uh-huh)
Quoted from TigerLaw:How did Joe get to Stern? Did he know someone there who vouched for him? If so, who? Surely Stern didn’t help promote someone who just cold called them...he had to have a path inside.
There's another possibillity:
Maybe Stern wanted to have their book made with zero financial risk and approached the Flockers?
We shall never know for sure.
