Can someone please confirm the correct cabinet speaker wiring in a Spike 2 game?

My TMNT has the striped wire going to the negative speaker terminal. I wonder if it should be on the positive? I'm not getting much bass. I noticed older Stern games I have (TSPP etc) have the striped wire on the positive.

    Thanks

I guess it kind of matters how it's hooked up on the other side

On the other side of what? I just want to know what the standard configuration is.

On the older Stern's, the yellow wire with the black strip is to the positive lug on the speaker. My TMNT had it the other way around from the factory - is this correct.

    ...The speaker cable.
Even if you know the correct speaker config on one end, doesn't mean its correct on the other.

But the quick answer is stripe on the left speaker lug for my SW & AIQ, right for older TWD
