Quoted from Toasterdog:

I know this is going to come across as being a crybaby, but I find my AS pro to be infuriating. I don't think I have ever owned a game that gets me as irritated.
I like AS a lot, and prefer fast difficult games. Not really sure why this one in particular gets to me?
I have a very hard time comboing anything with any consistency.

If it bugs you that much, I'll happily come down to FL and remove it from your home.

I won't even charge you

Quoted from Chambahz:

Joined the club today with an LE.
We've only played a couple games on it so far but I like what I see and hear.
First off, it looks spectacular! Nice looking clear coat and great artwork.
Secondly, it sounds even better! Great speakers pumping out clear music and callouts. Nice work Stern!
I was never impressed with the artwork of the bank on the lcd, but in person I think it's great. Very surprised that I feel this way as I really thought it was terrible when I saw pics online. In person, it seems fine (to me anyway).
Looking forward to putting many games on it later today.

I'm still unsure if the upgrade from the pro to the prem/le is worth it.

Don't have enough game time to say so.

Quoted from Chambahz:

Yeah, me either at this point but keep in mind, those of us with fewer pins/space want to squeeze in as much pin as we can!

100% on that, Im debating for a potential future purchase.

Maybe someone local with an LE will let me get some time on it *wink wink* *nudge nudge*

Quoted from pinnyheadhead:

Kind of like Kiss. AS is more fun and better though.

kind of is an understatement, but I agree.

Quoted from Guinnesstime:

6 balls is crazy. It's like, double 3 balls!

Almost like tripling a two ball multiball.

Quoted from Chambahz:

Feature adjustment 28 in the Aerosmith options...
Dead Shot Rule difficulty
Anyone?

Could that be the unlit jackypot shots?

Quoted from Chambahz:

Excellent point. In guess that would make sense.
It would be great to have full rules explained to see the differences in various option settings.
In time, I expect.

Rule 1: don't drain
Rule 2: aim for blinky lights
Rule 3: underpants

Quoted from cooked71:

Like all Pro/Premium debates youre going to get 1\2 vehemently debating Pro is better (because thats likely what they own) and 1\2 vehemently debating Pre is better (because thats likely what they own).
Personally I see the upper PF as the extra interactive toy thats missing on the Pro. I have no idea what people expect out of any upper/lower Pf's on any game, because ive never heard anything positive about any of them. But this one is as good as any of them. And it enables playfield multipliers.
Whether that + drop target + colour changing inserts are worth the difference in price is completely subjective.

I agree with a portion of what you've said, but the upper pf on family Guy is fantastic.

Wpt has a purpose and works well.

Got pre/le works (but I think it's too big)

Others out there with one flipper are usually not as awesome as people expect.

Tspp is boring, but has a purpose and works better because the ball drain crosses the whole playfield (top left to bottom right flipper)

Quoted from T7:

Look at pics of the LE - it has purple powder coated armor.

But the cabinet on pre/le is also purple.

Pro is Blue

Quoted from thunderking50:

You guys are Powder coating the Pro ?
You will go blue or .... I think White would look good , am i off on white ?

White powder is very hard to make look good on any game, but if you like it, go for it.

Quoted from Wakky:

Wouldnt it take away from the Jackie thing as he does the callouts? Having 2 lots of callouts would be confusing?

I don't think it would be a problem.

Metallica has sparky and the band members. Works great there.
