I think it's a rip off of a solenoid expander board that runs a single flasher bulb. Could very likely just use one of those (Bally or Gottlieb) but you may have to investigate the circuit and also make a plug adaptation.

Right. You have a much better chance of incorporating a Bally or Gottlieb sol. driver expansion board to drive that single flasher.
