I've got a 1955 Williams King Of Swat with a "runs scored" stepper unit with a misaligned wiper arm. The wiper is positioned midway between adjacent rivets, making contact with both rivets and leading to some odd behavior. I've never had this problem before. The wiper arm is in good shape, with no bends. Is it possible to correct the misalignment? Thanks.

The position of the Bakelite plate should be adjustable by loosening the screws that hold it in place and rotating it to where it should go.
