Thought I would share the step stools I made for the my kids when they are playing pinball. I have 4 kids all under 10 yrs. They love playing pinball but reaching the machines can be difficult for them, especially my two youngest. I did a quick youtube search and made some step stools primarily based on this one:

I used 2x6's that I got for free. Glue and Pocket screws for the joints. Quick, easy, and cheap to make, minimal skills required. Took me maybe two hours in total to make all three. My wife is going to paint/stain these this weekend; supposed to hit the upper 70's here! (big deal this time of year in IA!). Anyway, I figured some of you guys with younger kids might be interested in this.

Those look like solid step stools with a wide platform and large base - they should work great!

Thanks ReadyPo. They work really well and are definitely solid, no issues with them wobbling even with the carpet. The width also makes it perfect to easily slide underneath the pinball machines when not needed.
