On my Stellar Wars legs 1 and 40 on IC 18 that plug into the socket broke off.
Can this chip be purchased somewhere?
Can this chip be repaired somehow?

That is the correct chip. I'd recommend socketing the chip as well, if it isn't already.

No prob! That's a common chip for many games, may want to consider keeping an extra for stock.
