Quoted from Lambecka:

It completes six steps of this procedure, so control bank resets.

If in Step 8, the Add Bonus Unit (E) relay doesn't activate, Inspect and diagnose this circuit with Alligator clip jumper wires

Does the Add Bonus Unit (E) relay activate?

Quoted from Lambecka:

Yes i manual placed the unit in any position, and as soon i start the machine it follows the given steps of the startup sequense and it goes to,his zero position.

Not the Add Bonus Unit. But the Add Bonus Unit (E) relay.

Further noticed that during stratup the hold rel R just pulling a second and then stays in relaxed position??

Then Inspect and diagnose this circuit with Alligator clip jumper wires, starting with the indicated hold switch on the Hold (R) relay

Looks like it was cut out of another game. Do you see any resistors on the schematic?
