What would cause a pin to go directly to a game at start up before a coin is inserted or the replay pushed? Hit the left filler and it’s in game play.

What game? On early 70’s Williams, if you turned off the machine in the middle of a game, then turned it back on, it would eject the next ball of previous game.

It could be that the Game Over relay hasn't fired. The ball trough switches should fire Game Over once the last ball drains.
