I did a two tiered system when shopping out my WCS. I removed all the big stuff first and placed it on a table in the same pattern as a play-field. Then I removed all the smaller posts etc. and placed them in bags with some tape with some notes on another table again in the layout of the play-field. It may be a little overkill but it was my first shop job and with all the pictures I had no problem putting the game back together.
