Does anyone happen to have made a "Press to Start" decal for the Bally/Midway cabinets? Or... could someone happen to have a scan to share?
They appeared on many but probably not all Bally/Midway cabinets that used the Midway-style coin door. See photos for reference (borrowed from ipdb)

I'm getting ready to re-decal my Cybernaut but will need to remake this decal. Mine has had the print removed somehow by a previous owner, probably with an aggressive cleaner(?)
