It could be your RAM in U4. I had a similar issue on my A13 and changing the RAM fixed it. It also fixed the problem for a fellow pinsider so it's worth a try

Hi Brian,
I would definitely try a new U4 as these chips are relatively cheap. Check the number on your chip and get the same thing from pinball center. The spec for the CPU/Sound Board says 6116 RAM part number 105-0052-05.
