Yeah, here in Davie County in the good old "Dirty South", that's the way our Sheriff thinks too. I know him personally and half his force. I don't doubt if someone was on my property and needed to be spanked with my Winchester 94 they'd totally understand.

I was actually engaged to his (well, the primary ADA in the tri-county area who handle the majority of those types of cases) daughter for 2 1/2 years. I guess the "was" in this equation could be the kicker :/
