Looking at your current collection, I'd say Wonka.
I'm not a huge fan of either, but I found SW particularly less enjoyable than other newer Sterns.
It's all about the ridiculous multiplier levels to boost your score. Multipliers are not the whole game, but it makes the scoring really suck.
If you like hyper loop, Nascar has a similar feature for a lot less money. I personally think Pirates is the best JJP game, although I haven't played GnR yet.
