I’ll venture a guess!! Am I am only guessing here but it is reasonable. I know on some of my other games, older Williams and even my WOZ if you have not hit a play field switch in a while the game makes the assumption that it may be defective and to check the switch. At that time I open the game and manually check the switch. After that I will cycle power and the alert will usually be gone. Maybe someone out there with better tech skills can confirm but this very well may be the issue
