Quoted from ForceFlow:I want to see a packed playfield, for one thing.
Personally, the only one I've really been half-way happy with is DESW.
I didn't like Stern's game very much. Star Wars has a lot of content to pull from, and it was basically just an empty playfield, so I found that pretty disappointing. I'm not a tournament player, so I really don't care about scoring rules and multipliers a whole lot.
SWEP1 is ok, but fairly repetitive.
SWT is ok, but I've never liked the artwork or the toys stuck on it. Looks kind of goofy to me since the toys and giant turbolaser kind of take over the playfield.
Don't forget about the Hankin game: The Empire Strikes Back
And the Segasa-Sonic game: Star Wars
Some of the Zen virtual tables have presented some interesting ideas.
Ever since Stern made their attempt, I've been wondering what JJP could have done with it.
I didn't know about the Hankin game. Now I want to find one and play it
