Its a good amount of work and I am ok doing it, I just cant do for $90 as I guessed. Sitting down with the costs and the amount of time in garage for each set I have to increase it to $140. It is ok if anyone who contacted me prior wants to drop out. Just let me know and I will adjust the list. I hope this information explains the whole process and why I need to be at $140. Going forward I would be making 2 to 4 sets a weekend depending on demand.

That seems like a pretty good idea from the look of it.
Seems unnecessary or worse if you don’t have Cliffy’s. I think they have Mylar at the drop locations which should protect the wood fine from a 2 inch drop.
That’s truly sad about all the work you had done and lost but your commitment to quality is kind of inspiring.
Keep up the great work. I can’t wait to have to have a set.
