I finally caught up as I had a few list errors and I filled those orders. I should be fine going forward. I have another batch of 5 built. I just need to stone, polish and playtest. Should be reaching out to the next 5 by Sunday at the latest.
Just got mine today and am so glad you're making these. They look awesome in there and is so much better to see than through the clear plastic ramps. Actually less metal than the Premium and LE too as it doesn't have that extra piece from the turnaround ramp. Well worth the money!

I made my own set of metal habit trails for the Mandalorian pinball. Had some old Theater of Magic metal rails laying around. The right side was easy, just some cutting and bending to make that work on the Mando (used the metal rail that holds the Theater of Magic magnet.) The cross-over ramp was more work. Required a bit of TIG welding and bending, but nothing too invasive. I really like how the cross over ramp came out. It's not straight... Haven't powder coated them yet, still trying to figure out what color to do...

You need to bracket the top parts of both wireforms. The vibrations will start to dig into that opening and eventually destroy your plastic ramps.
on my crossover rail the metal bottom portion that mates with the plastic goes about 2" under the plastic, with a loop between the pieces. this provides ample support under the plastic and spreads the load. on the right side rail i did not do that, so yeah, probably need to have some support for that one. (or do that same thing with the long metal loop underneath.)

Balls fly straight down the ramps, no rattle, no semi-spin or bobbling at the ramp exit…just pure flow! These ramps are the best investment for the pro hands down.

Awesome. Thanks. There is a sweet spot for sure. I get them were I am happy with how the ball drops, but they can be tuned to be really sick. I am really happy that I am down to the last 13 sets on the list. They will be done!

Thanks, its a great star wars game. We are keeping the pro. We ordered a premium in May and will be passing on it whenever we get the call that its in, so someone will be happy. The price hike on premiums is just too stupid and waiting for 6 months and counting just killed the interest. I look forward to Stern showing a machine and being able to get it within a few weeks, not months whenever the supply issues get resolved.

I am getting a plasma cutting table soon and I will be able to make the steel ramps for star wars pros. And that means I will be selling ramps and wireforms for that very soon.. i am currently developing Tron wireforms with center mounted lights. These lights look amazing. I will do regular rails and I have enough people interested in making star wars rails with these lights that I will try. The pictures below show the look. I am open to trying anything. So stay tuned for that.

So far I’m loving your wireform ramps!
Amazing quality and appearance.
Quick question.
The ball sometimes drops off the wireform during a fast shot (talking about the smaller right wireform).
I’ve tightened the top screw a couple times since it does sometimes loosen and the wire form shifts a bit, but I also recently noticed that there is a bit of a bend in the entire wireform that makes it “droop” a bit to the right.
Is it “safe” for me to gently manipulate/twist this wireform to straighten it a bit?
I’m assuming there is a lot of tolerance in your welds so I won’t break anything.
Again, love your craftsmanship! Best mod for Mando Pro…hands down!

First, sorry for any issues. Yes you can bend them easily without worry. I would try the lower option first, but here is what I do on my end.
Take the rail off game first. Then you can do two things. If you have a vise you can put it in the vise just enough to hold in place on one end and take a pair of smooth needle nose or smooth pliers and twist as needed.
Or you might need to bend the upper ball guide the u bracket away from the rails just a little more. I would try this first..
After tweaking throw the ball up ramp by hand and watch the ball. You should see its traveling path and if you still need to tweak.
