Trimmed down the teeth, still need a new stone to make them pointed. Put 3d legs on body. Really like it so far. Not sure if I can put feet on other side yet.
And its official 100 orders! Just for anyone late to build, this dragon is not part of the wireforms for sale. I might be willing to make and sell this longer one with dragon. I am just not there yet. Labor and time not figured out.

This mod draws blood! All the spikes are sharp as sxxt. I added legs to the other side. It looked weird with only two, but I had to bring them in more than the other. It looks fine. This is something I really enjoy doing. Unique wireforms. This one is my favorite to date. It just looks mean.. But it costs alot of time. This rail would not be cheap. I am open to selling this krayt mod after standards are done. If we ever get our premium I know I could do this mod to it as well. Thanks for following my crazyness and the compliments.

It seems I have enough people interested to make this krayt ramp. The best option would be one piece for the ball travel. The bulk of the work is prior to where the original wireform connected. It would take more time to try and put the two together over just a single track. This mod just hit me the other day.
And just need to stone, polish and playtest these and I have a set boxed up to ship. I want to send them all out same day as its easier for me.
Got 4 sets done today. 5 will be ready to ship in a few days...

2588721D-A985-480B-8FC3-F0E9859C9402 (resized).jpegSomeone skilled at 3D printing could make an awesome looking skin to cover over that dragon ramp. I like the stainless steel but feel like a custom 3D printed and painted shell that fits over the top of a straight wire form would look insane.

These wireforms are built like tanks.
Still tweaking them a bit so I stop getting bounce outs on the left inlane (sometimes hits the slingshot plastic and rolls down on top of the plastic towards the center drain, sometimes it hits the outlane guide rail and bounces into outlane or rattles between the two).
Anyone else who has installed them have any advice?
Needless to say these are well worth the investment for any Mando Pro owners!!!

Adjust the upper rail to lower rail opening. They might have got banged around. The rebounds are all related to where the upper rail hits the ball. You want the rail to hit towards top of the ball, so it just deflects it downward. Any issues pm or post it here. Shipping might have squeezed them a bit theres a sweet spot. And make sure drop hole is centered. I play all sets in my machine. But I have had a few get tweaked in shipping.
Known fixes
Rebounds.
I just tuned this set and they work great. The gap should be 1/2 inch or a hair bigger and ball drops fine with no rebound.Open it up a bit by just pulling up on the upper rail and try again. Stainless is great, but it also can bend in shipping.
Ball flys off smaller.
The little blocker wall in top left of rail is too close to ball guide. Adjust rail with screw hold down push the the rail away from screw and tighten. If needed the blocking wall can be bent with pliers away from ball guide.

I’m an idiot.
I continued to use the grey stern spacers that the plastic ramps attach to when I installed these new wire forms.
Needless to say, ditching the grey spacers was all it took and now everything is perfect.
Just got home from work and mine (#51a) have arrived!

Waiting on some replies... last batch is all boxed up. I will make some more soon and continue on the list. I had 3 people get lost in the list and they are made right with this run.. it knocked me back a few timewise. My fault!
I am not finished with this dragon rail, but its very close. I need to adjust, stone, polish and playtest it. I redid the design to improve a few aspects. This one is sold. I will start another forum topic just for this style rail. I am not sure if I am limiting these to a certain number yet. It takes a solid 8 hours to make.

I am suprised the other models are just floating in that ramp. Theres two easy point ls of contact at the ends.
I shaped a bunch of the common parts for another run of ramps. Will do more this weekend. I just have to watch my blood pressure. Had a trip to er last wednesday as it was over 200. (Work related). The welding is a good distraction for me to not go nuts. I am ok now. Just cant be stupid ( welding until 2am) anymore.

Its back up to regular rails now. If you have any interest on krayt dragon I will make them or add them to your name on the list. For both rails and dragon version $650 excluding shipping. It takes 12 hours to complete them. Pictures of finished dragon.
