Each dragon is unique as I build these by hand and they are tig welded stainless steel rods. I adjust and playtest them prior to shipping. This mod comes with both rails and instructions and hardware to install them. Shipping will be determined to your location at time of sale and will be paid by the buyer using UPS ground. This set requires 11 to 12 hours of labor to complete. My welding labor rate is $50 an hour and the other $50 covers materials, tungsten and argon gas used. I am just trying to explain the higher cost on this set.
