I've had my machine for about 3 weeks (NIB) for HUO. I took the glass off last week to wax the playfield and noticed the plastic covering my upper right ramp has a crack in it almost an inch long. I've tried contacting Stern directly through 2 different methods and heard nothing back from them over the last week. I just contacted the retailer I purchased from and they immediately got back to me stating they'd reach out to their rep. My aggravation is much more amplified with the lack of response from Stern than the issue itself. Even a "we will get back to you soon" would suffice. If that plastic breaks off I expect the ball will launch hitting the glass.
