I have had my star wars le about 2-3 months. Just recently over the last 3 days noticed that the balls are not making it all the way around the hyperloop 4 times. It may go 1,2, or 3 times around and then when returns to deathstar the ball just drops down. I havent changed anything. It looks like the accelerator lacks enough force as ball goes around. I am a novice.Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks

I noticed over the last 2-3 weeks the ball isn't always making it around the hyperloop. Most of the time in hyperspace loop the ball will go around the loop around 4 times, but sometimes the last loop the ball slows down and falls back down. When I am in hyper loop multiball it is hard for the loop to keep 2 balls going at once. Yesterday I played a machine onsite at a store and noticed that the ball goes much faster around the hyper loop on that machine. In addition, when I first got the machine for the first 2 months I didn't have this problem. The accelerator test works fine, the wireform looks intact. I called Stern and really didn't have an answer for me. Is there a way to make the accelerator go faster? Can something cause the accelerator mechanism not to fling the ball around as fast? I was wondering if anyone has any ideas?
