    Quoted from TxJay:

How many times has that been promised?

Has it ever actually been promised? I mean by someone that works for Stern...now the know-it-alls on Pinside?

Hell no we haven't...Star Wars is the best time to do it for sure.

    Quoted from Rarehero:

LCD shouldn't raise the price at all...we've already been paying for those artists and R&D for quite some time.

    Broken record

    Quoted from littlecammi:

Now Disney has gone overly politically correct and made the main heroes of the newest film a girl (ala Hunger Games) and a black guy. I have no interest in a pinball game featuring them.

totally agree...who wants to look at black dudes or chics all day?!?!

    Quoted from littlecammi:

However, the casting of the new Star Wars film is a definite change in direction from the original films...

Well in their defense it is the only change in direction...
    ...or plot...

    Quoted from nate1981s:

Disney ignores their target audience (white males).

That target audience is already baked in....there's no need to try to attract something they already have

    Quoted from nate1981s:

Also lets ignore the fact that natural human tendency is to prefer what we most resemble.

    EDIT: ah mods are here

True Story, I have a buddy that works for ILM and said Lucas was almost done making the newest special edition DVD set that removed Leia & Lando from 4,5,& 6
Sadly Goddamn Disney bought him out and here we are today; what a disgrace!

    Quoted from Trekkie1978:

As probably the biggest star wars geek on this board, I would like to chime in.

With a name like Trekkie your request is DENIED

    Quoted from Trekkie1978:

When I signed up, I owned 3 machines, of which 2 were Star Trek machines.

And this is your case for being "The biggest SW fan on Pinside?"

    Quoted from Trekkie1978:

    My case is:
Seeing all 7 in the theaters at least a dozen times each (I was too young for original in theater, dozen applies to special editions).
When I was in Disneyland last year, I went on Star Tours two hours straight first thing in the morning for 3 days in a row.
I bought 27 tickets for the opening of Force Awakens. First Saturday night, had a whole row at the theater.
I was completely useless at my business the day the movie came out.
Need I go on and keep embarrassing myself?

Not bad not bad....but how much have you hated your parents for not taking you to see original in the theatre when you were 1? That serves as the tie breaker for the crown!
