A quick question to those that have these installed from this company. Are they silent when they are on or is there a buzzing/humming noise?

We bought a set from a different seller and 1) they were pink when they were off (which I see these are white when turned off as they should be) and 2) they made a high pitched hum that was coming from the actual light panels and not the transformer. The hum was so bad we removed them from the game and put them in the round bin.

I just want to make sure these ones are silent prior to considering them.

If you get an inch or so away with your ear up to them you can hear a buzz but nothing at normal distances and yes they are white when off.

Why is it only available for the LE? Electrically, the Premium should be the same.

I'm going to go with the fact that only the LE has the LE rails. Not much to light up here. This doesn't include the rails, it's just the EL paper to light them up.
