Not sure exactly why, but I got really tired of the Star Trek "shoot the colored light" ruleset... just didn't like the implementation of the modes, where all 18 seemed the same except for flashing different colored lights around a typical fan-shot playfield. Just not real keen on the big emphasis on "starting a mode" all the time. GoT and SW expanded and improved on the rules, but I still have little interest in playing these types of modes. Much prefer games like TWD where you can start whatever, whenever, and don't have to play the exact same gameplan every time. GoT is also butt ugly. There's definitely more than 100 games better than either of these.

Really hoping SR mixes things up a little on the next game. SR + Lyman instead of Dwight?

The delta between Pinside rankings and IPDB rankings can also vary widely. If you don't like the results here, check out IPDB. Currently Star Wars (Pro) would be ranked #1 over there if it had enough votes to qualify.

Also TWD is AMAZING but most of the modes are just hit this shot over and over which is the same shot that started the mode. Boring, but somehow that doesn’t take away from how amazing it is.

+1 to that. I love how Dwight's modes make you actually learn the shots and sequences needed to complete them
