You would think that since it's been several months that the machine has been available, they'd put a manual on their website. Heck, even the new Elvira already has manuals available on Stern's website.

Could you retrofit a conventional Stern ball shooter assembly to this machine?

It appears the amplifier circuitry is already there. So I'd say yes to adding speakers, including a bass speaker in the bottom of the cabinet.

Quoted from Matesamo:

It was relatively cheap to do so. The door itself was $25, I had to buy the inserts for the coins separately and the screws were special ordered. Otherwise it was easy and the game sounds great coming through the headphones. I wish I had the guts to drill a hole in the cabinet to move the start button to its standard place so i don't accidently start with by gut, lol.

I noticed the coin entry buttons were not lit. Was there no source of 6 volts for them?

Did the door come with the test switches and did they work?

It would be nice if you could drill a hole in the cabinet for a lighted start button in the usual spot.

Wouldn't you also need a cabinet node board?

If it has a coin door, then it must have a cabinet node board.

Quoted from ParisPinballAdct:

yes: slingshots and pop pumper work together because they have one coil instead of two (for the slings) and one coil instead of three for the pops.
this was done by Stern as a cost saving measure... we have to live with it.

Any pictures under the playfield of the slings and pops? I'd like to see how Stern did it.
