Pin 3 of CN 1 is orange
Pin 4 of CN 3 is empty
Pin 5 of CN 3 is red white

Pin 3 does have 34V.
But when the game should activate some flashers it activates some of the solenoids.. What could that mean?

I unplugged J6, from this board. Now the fuse didn’t blow tho. It seems the red white wire from cn3 is going to there.

I changed d22, and the solenoids are working normal. But still none of my flashers are working, the pin is activating the solenoids instead of the flashers

#13 3 years ago

I did a test, al the solenoids are working nice. But when I test one of the flashers (doesn’t matter witch one) the fuse blows

#15 3 years ago

I removed J9, changed the fuse and did a test and the fuse did blow again.

#16 3 years ago

So the problem should be in the ppb? Where do I need to start looking? I allready replaced d22

#18 3 years ago

That’s right, it’s only the fuse. With j6 on the ppb unplugged the fuse doesn’t blow. I’ve measured the pins of j6 and j7 and pin 9 (black - red) from j6 does have a connected with ground with 400 ohms, when I have my Meter on diode mode, but when I’m having it on ohms it doesn’t make a connection

#21 3 years ago

Awesome! I’m going to replace that one, just to be sure. I’ll let you know.

#23 3 years ago

How can I check them ?

#26 3 years ago

Okay,

White red around 16 volt
Blue white is around 7 volt.
Violet is around 16 volt
Orange is round 36 volt.

#27 3 years ago

When j6 is unplugged the fuse didn’t blow

#32 3 years ago

Thank you for your help. I’ll try that tomorrow

#33 3 years ago

I found something, pin 5 from j6 (the orange one) does have 0 ohm with ground, ( when j9 is unplugged) so that means a connection ! Is that right? Or could that be the failure ?
Or is that right, because the most flashers use the orange cable.

#35 3 years ago

Awesome! I did measure on the cable himself.

Solved,
one of the bulbs was pushing against the ground cable
