I have a Star Wars Episode 1, and it has Software version 1.0.

should I update the software to the current version 1.3 or 1.4, or keep it all original and keep the version 1.0.

let me know what what you think.

Is there a reason or value to keeping old version on a game?

99% of the time, newer versions are going to have a better experience, so most would recommend it

I would. The gungan/jarjar rule is a nice easter egg.
