Could use more information. Did you just get the game? Did it start doing this suddenly? Was the machine moved recently? Close up pictures inside the backbox would also help.

The power supply is the board in the top left of the backbox. Look it over very closely and post some pictures. CN1 is a likely spot for burnt pins and connector housing. CN1 is where all the AC voltages come into the board from the transformer. As noted above, use a meter and check the test points, TP1-TP4. One will be for +5 volts, ground, +12 volts, -12 volts. I am basing this all on Tommy, I do not have Star Wars or the manual.
