It's a huge download, over 4 gig. You got the complete file and unzipped the three files onto the flash drive? My download kept timing out, but when that happened it wouldn't let me unzip.

I had an issue with it, but ounce I switched to a different usb drive an formatted it worked. I'm not sure what's up this time I'm stumped.
You sure you grabbed the right code (pro vs. premium or vice versa)? I see you are in Portland, I have the pro on a USB if you want to borrow it? That will tell you if its a USB issue or a game issue.
