My dad is in love with the battle pod. We are thinking of getting one. Has anyone beeen crazy enough to buy one for home use? How has it been enjoyable in a home environment? We have a lot of parties so it is more for the casual player and cool factor. How has the maintenance been on it? Thanks, Mike

Quoted from Dr-Willy:

Once you play through all the missions a few times, it gets old. I own one that's on location so ive played it quite a few times. The giant enclosed one will probably hold your attention a little bit longer but they are huge and super expensive. If you like to buy games to entertain others im sure it will be a hit for a while depending on how many times you have the same guests over. I think for the price of them you would get much more value out of many other games.

How is the maintenance? We have the space and have games like terminator salvation that are linear and my kids crush them for hours. Thank you for the feedback so far.
