Stern by a mile. JJP would make it another slow and boring wide body.
Stern has a proven record of fast and furious game play, JJP is the exact opposite. LCD screen, in my opinion, does not add to gameplay only adds to cost.

Not sure we have seen enough from these guys yet. Although TBL looked cool at Expo, you can't crown them just yet. Look at JJP, everyone...almost everyone bragged about how amazing they were for years. Now, not so much.
I still believe Stern will do this title right and Disney/Lucasfilm will have a lot of input.
