Stern, 2013The spinner on my Star Trek Pro keeps getting stuck in an up position so the ball can't hit it when it passes through the orbit. Before I reinvent the wheel and try to fix this, has anyone encountered this and come up with a solution? Thanks!
Had the same issue. If you loosen the screw on the right side which holds the spinner you will see it has a slot beneath. Here you can readjust the metal holding the spinner in order to have it run smoothly again
Warning: don't over tighten the screw as it can break, the metal it is made of is not so stronge
